Our website is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to place your order. Our simple online ordering system makes it very easy to personalize and preview your selection before completing your order to ensure it is exactly the way you want it.

When ordering a sample card for $2.50 what will I actually receive? ?
A sample card that is sent in the mail is intended to show you the quality of the paper and if printed with sample wording, the quality of your printing. Your invitation wording will not be on the sample! Allow 2-3 business days for sample request to be filled and then US Mail time from Los Angeles, CA. .

When ordering invitations how many extra invitations should I order?
From years of experience we recommend 20-30 extra invitations. For everyday invitations or announcements we recommend 10-20 extra.

What if I need more invitations?
When more invitations are needed it’s like starting over. Although your information is in our database, new press film must be developed as well as new press set ups.

What if I want to cancel an order that I placed?
You may cancel an order and your credit card will be credited back, as long as it has NOT gone to print. If the invite or announcement has gone to print already we will not be able to cancel the order.

What if I dont want to order online. May I order by phone?
You are welcome to phone our toll free line at 800- for Customer Service. Our lines are open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Western Time)

How Quickly can I receive an order?
Orders that:
Do not require personalization: Require 3-5 days to process and fulfill before shipping. The Delivery Method selected then determines how many days it will take for your order to be delivered.
Rush Orders will be delivered the following business day after clearing our shipping desk and will take up to 3 business days to receive.
Ground Orders will be delivered within 1-5 days after clearing our shipping desk, dependent upon how far the order must travel from.
Require personalization: Require 1 business day for a proof (if available). After approval to print has been given, we ask for 2 business days to print and inspect your order.
The Delivery Method selected then determines how many days it will take for your order to be delivered.

All orders are shipped through UPS. Our different types of shipping are as follows:
